Free condoms, lubricants, and HIV test kits are available to residents of counties in the North Central region.

Please note that 10 condoms come in each bag, and you may order a maximum of 20 condoms per order. If you order more than 20 TOTAL items, your order may be cancelled or delayed and you will only receive a TOTAL of 20 items. Each person recieveing an at-home HIV Test Kit should fill out thier own assesment (Max of two kits per order). Orders from outside of the counties served will be cancelled and redirected to programs serving that county. Selection may vary. Certain products may be omitted from orders due to availability.
